When I opened a small travel agency in Kathmandu in 2009, the ambition was modest: help people reach the opportunities waiting for them beyond our borders. Seventeen years later, that same purpose runs through every company in this Group — whether we are placing a worker with a Gulf employer, maintaining a tower in Dubai, or serving a family a meal back home.
Growth has never been our first measure of success. Reliability is. Our clients stay with us because our teams show up, prepared and supervised, every single day. Our employees stay with us because we treat them as the reason the business exists, not as a cost to manage.
